WP2 has now finalized the protocol for the PERMIT Scoping Review. It is now available on Zenodo. Entitled "Methodological approaches for personalised medicine: protocol for a series of scoping reviews" is describes the operational definition of personalised medicine of the PERMIT project, and the overall approach that will be caried out to identify the methods that are currently applied throughout the personalised medicine research pipeline.
